profec b help

hey i have a question about the greddy profec b II......... i turned my hi and low both to 0 because i couldnt get it to work.... but it still doesnt work... instead of holding it to stock like it should, it boosts all the way to like 20+ psi... the only thing i can think of is that one of the holes on the control module thing is open.( the thing where two hoses goes into and the wires come out) i have one that goes to the wastegate and the other to my bov... i donno let me know if anyone knows whats goin on thanks

I don't know but my problem is that it won't go above about 12 psi. The COM hole goes to the turbo actuator and the NO hole gets put in a T between the bov and then intake manifold. The third is left open. I don't know if this helps, but it is my 2 cents.
