Hey guys I came across a greddy proc b boost controller for 10 bucks in a local salvage yard... i thought this was excellent but there is only one problem i have no instructions or ideas on what to wire it to.

If anybody can help me i'd appriciate it greatly.

Thank you
Toby

Do you have all the original hardware to install it or do you just have the boost controller?
If you were able to obtain all original installation hardware you hook it up as follows:

Run your black(- ground) and red(+ to battery) wires. You should have a valve unit also which ties into the vaccuum line(6mm in size) to the actuator. Thats where the harness plugs into off the boost controller. Then you run the vaccuum line from the boost controller to the vaccuum line going to the fuel pressure regulator on the intake manifold. Should be a small filter in place too. The vaccuum lines should be 4mm in size I think.

If you just have the boost controller itself then you're going to have to get the valve unit since its electronic. Also enough 4mm vaccuum line to run from the controller to the fuel regulator vaccuum line and "T" shaped fitting for tieing into the regulator vaccuum line. You need enough 6mm vaccuum line to tie the valve unit into the line that runs from compressor housing to actuator. Hope this answers your question accurately. Also when you get it installed you'll have to more then likely tune it in and make sure its working properly or you can damage turbo or worse yet your engine.

Just to put my 2 cents in, I personally dont like electronic boost controllers, which is why I use a manual one.

Hey no problem Toby. I hope it works out for you and yes it was a good deal. Doesnt hurt to try one out. A buddy of mine has the profec 2 hooked up in his 2gen and he likes it. Give a shout if you need help with something else and if im sure I know the answer I'll respond. I came from the naturally aspirated cars and have only been into dsm's for about 8 months now. I've learned alot about forced induction thats for sure. Let me know how the b/c works out for you.
