Probs With AVC-R HELP!!

Hey I just installed my AVC-R ton and everything under the hood is ready to go. No errors there. I was wondering from those of you that have done it. What probs you have had after installation. I noticed on the ECU diagram the 22 pin one is reverse of what it looks like when you are looking at it. I went ahead and wired as it said, however this is prob the prob. I have a 96 GST

What I am getting is this.

No screen light up.
Only orange LED come on when car is started, however they start out dimp and flickering and as I increase throttle they glow brighter.
Again no power to the actual controller part.

What power source did you tap it into? Sounds like you didnt tap a steady 12v source.

ok well if you look at the picture of the wiring diagram on apexi site. I followed it exactly. However you will notice that on the 22 pin connector, those large openings on each are opposite that of the diagram when you are looking at it. I do not know if this will help you out any. get on apexi site and go to the diagam link in documentation and look the ECU diagram for 96 GST.

any other suggestions ? I tapped into the power source it told me to, I am so freakin clueless, and have such a headache. Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!!
