Problems afther gs to gst swap.

Well guys I bought a 99 ecliose gs spyder and had a 97 gst spyder donor car.
Afther swaping the engine, engine harnes,fuel tank and int. Harnes from fuse box to rear of car. Well the car starts no cel or any thing but it transmission does not shift. I also swaped ecu and tcu from donor car. Donor car was in 100% in working condition but frame was really rusted. Can any one help also neutral/park switch is making a crasy fast clicking noice. I dissconected it but transs wont shift. Also disconected the tcu and not a thing even tried to shift it manualy from on top of transs but car wont move. Any help is apresiated.. Thx guys

Just curious is this car a auto? or 5spd?

Does the trans actually shift manually when you move the lever? Or is it stuck?

Its automatic and yes its stuck i tried shifting manuly
