Not trying to make this a "whats this worth" dealy, but I want more insight on the problem with a car.
I am very new to dsms, and I recently got a 99 eclipse gsx. While I am working on it and modding etc, I started looking around for a DD/something to drive while the eclipse is in the garage. I came across a 95 talon tsi for 1000 bucks. Has some mods such as mostly exhaust, bov, hard pipes, and a few guages etc. Problems with it being lack of bumper and a brake line needing to be replaced.
The brake line brings me to my question. Here's a quote from his e-mail....
"Well its the pass side rear brake line, but it broke at the distribution block that links the front lines to the rear... so im not 100% sure if youll need to replace that as well, but deff the rear pass brake line. Also still boosts well but needs to replace the BIS screw to adjust the idle. It has a doughnut on the pass side..."
Is that brake line issue going to be a total headache? Or should I go for it?
Sorry this was so long, thanks in advance!
