problem with act 2100 clutch and new flywheel

I just had a act 2100 clutch and flywheel installed on my 1998 gst. before I took it to the shop there was only one problem (worn out clutch) When I picked it up i had a clutch pedal but the clutch did not engage until I was an inch from the floor and it was very soft. I adjusted the the master piston attached to the clutch pedal and seem to have a stronger pedal but the clutch still does not disengage untill the pedal is about half way to the floor. Should I be worried ?? Is there a way to fix this problem??

Loosen the locking nut on the master piston rod and turn the rod somemore. You don't have it adjusted enough.

I have it adjusted all the way if i turn it anymore it will fall out.
