2G Pretty sure I have the howl of death (turbo)

E3 16G / 560cc / FMIC
I have fixed all of my boost leaks. Tuned to 14.7 @ idle. AFR look good while driving, but when I should be hitting boost I get a howling sound. Pretty sure the turbo seals are toast. I am also blowing out smoke on accel. Does this sound right?

Well here is what was wrong with the turbo: From jusmx141 :
Well....this thing is quite the impressive display of assorted parts, let me tell ya.

We have a Genuine Mitsubishi non-Evo III 7cm2 turbine housing (would've been from a Small 16G or Big 16G), a Genuine Mitsubishi Evo III compressor cover, a bearing housing from a knockoff 16G, and a Genuine Evo III rotating assembly which is now destroyed because it was being used in the wrong bearing housing which allowed both wheels to rub the housings pretty hatefully. You can't mix-n-match parts between MHI and non-MHI 16G's....everything is different. The journal bearings are .005" too small, .015" too-narrow, and the sealing ring doesn't even come close to fitting in the bearing housing (way loose)....so right after it was "assembled" it would've had more shaft play than most worn-out turbos and it would've leaked oil profusely on the turbine side as the end gap on the sealing ring was around 1/8" or better. So whoever did this must've known all too-well what they were doing because they ground the locating pin off the cover so the knockoff bearing housing (which doesn't have the half-moon cut to fit the locating pin and keep the bearing housing from rotating) would fit.
