I would not reuse that pressure plate. Especially since you are putting a 2.4 in the car.
 
Agreed. It's hard to tell for sure from the picture but that surface looks like it has seen some hard use and there appears to be some significant heat discoloration.
 
ok thanks... that is kind of what I had been thinking but just wanted to see what more experience people had to say. So do you think I should go another 2600 and street disk or a 2900 street disk set up??? thanks
 
YUP :D I bought it from the kid that bought it from krazy... that kid beat the living snot out of it and then blew it up, let it go for $3100 - and now its getting a 2.4 after i did the new suspension, rebuilt turbo, rebuilt the 2.0 and more.... so anyone have more ideas on what to do for a clutch pressure plate??
