So i recently bought a pte 6266 to bolt onto my new 4g63 build. First start up of the motor was 2 weeks ago and the 6266 had oil squirting through the hot side of the turbo. I called PTE they said there's no way it could be the turbo that it had to be something i did wrong, They gave me a couple ideas to try ex.. replace oil drain line and check the pcv vacuum.
Both things were working just like they should, Cleaned all the oil up from the first start. Started it up a second time, Same thing but this time there was 2x the oil that came out through my exhaust and my dump tube etc.. I called PTE back once again and talked to someone new. AGAIN they said there's no way it could be the turbo. I then sent them a email to PTE explaining what was going on and what i got in return when i called in both times, The guy that replied to me said this " Have you Tried contacting Mike about the issues you are having? What are you trying to accomplish at this time?
SERIOUSLY???? what am i trying to accomplish?? Mike is the guy i bought the turbo from he has a website i sent him the Money and he ordered it straight from PTE and it was shipped to my door step from PTE's warehouse.. It has now been 2 weeks since i have heard anything from PTE i have called email called email called email and NOTHING. This is the worst Customer service experience i have ever had..
