power windows and lock switches mod planing

ok so im about to do some crazy fiber glass work on my door panel. My question is since ibroke my window switch can i replace the whole switch and install toggle switches for each like drivers side window another for passanger and window lock and power door lock as well? if so my plan is to intalk button that iluminate blue. so when i want to roll my window down i press one button or if want it up another button.i think it be cool. any idaes has this been done. also i want to make a switch board so ican tur my radio on with out the key so when i wait or passenger wait they can listent o radio with out the key be cool. alson light switches and neaon switches for sub enclosures and blah blah you get the point ideas are welcomed and picture are better.

i believe the radio thing can be done, you just need a diagram with the wiring for the car. not sure about the window switch idea. might need some crafty wiring.

I'm not sure about the intalk button, but maybe a toggle switch that has a blue LED in it. I have seen these at a few auto stores, they are a dual toggle so you could set it up to roll them up one direction, and then down with the other direction. Plus it would roll them up or down with out having to hold down a button.
