Hey guys, Im just wondering if anybody knows offhand the inside diameter of the power steering hose which connects to the reservoir? I think It was 5/8 but I'm not sure.

3/8 is the outside diameter, good luck getting a 5/8 hose to clamp down on that. what do you need the interior diameter for?

well then im ####ed! Cause I ordered a 5/8 id line, measuring the id to know if the oem id is the same, any reducers I can use for lines, like a plastic reducer with a 5/8 od on one seide and a 3/8 exiting id on the other?

what line are you replacing? if its the fuel line that connects the resivour to the power steering cooler, just go to your local auto shop and get some, I can't think of anything you could accidently buy 5/8 inch for and have expected it to work unless it was the fuel line. if this is the case, that stuff is #1 cheap, and #2 easy to solve since you can buy a small peice of 3/8 inch fuel line with an outside diameter close to 5/8 inch and just clamp it down. 5/8 is huge btw.

returned the wrong one and got the right oneall I needed to know is what the id was, but went into murrays and they sell power steerign line in olnly 3/8" though, so it was obvious.
