I believe I have the fastest here....

7.370 Suzuki Escudo, AWD, MANUAL. Automatic doesn't count because then all you're doing is holding a button. I don't have pics yet, but I will when my sis gets back from college with her cam. I used the suzuki because it has one of the best power/weight ratio's in the AWD class.

The trick is to bottom out the suspension, make it as hard as possible, turn off the driving aids, N02 must be set for maximum power (don't hit it till at least 2nd gear or you'r just spinning the tires), change the oil, oh yeah and the most important is to tune the gear ratios, put on Super-Softs, put more torque on the rear and then adjust the weight ballast to the back with 200 pounds. Probably a few things I'm forgetting but those are the most important.
