Hey you guys i just recently got a 92 mitsubishi eclipse gs-t. Now I have been working on my car for the past few months trying to make it fast on a budget. One of my friends just recently got a 03 mitsubishi evo 8 and he told that he would smoke me 2 easy. Now I want to know if at all possible I have a chance? Da upgrades that I have in my car right now are 2g ported exhaust manifold, ported 14b turbo, 2.5 inch open downpipe, small front mount intercooler Its actually from a audi, walbro 190lph fuel pump, fuel pump rewire, fuel preassure regulator, hacked maf, royal purple oils, boost gauge, narrow end a/f gauge. Now I also want to turn up the boost to 20psi if at all possible? Since I have a upgraded fuel pump and a fuel preassure regulator I was thinking of upping up my fuel preassure a few psi, retarding my timing 1 or 2 degress and hopefully i wont go lean at high boost, and i also live in Denver Colorado so I live in high elevation place above 3000ft above sea level. So what do guys think? Possible or Not?

Since im assuming you wont be racing in the streets,i'll add my 2cents. You failed to mention what the evo has done to it. All it needs is a boost controller and your screwed.What are you tuning with?

You didnt mention an SAFC or any kinda tuning...

I ran 20 psi on an safc, 110 leaded, 660's, and a chip with your same setup. You will most likely lean out up top. Gonna run out of injector.

Doesn't matter. Bench racing doesn't have anything to do with street racing.

I've seen modded Evo's run 15's and I've seen bone stock DSM's run 14's.

Closed for bench racing. OP, race your buddy on a track and find out. Until then, do all you can do to your car, practice your driving, and stay safe.
