Possible for BOV to stick open?

Ok, pick up my car from work last night, worked fine when I left it there a couple hours before. Now all of a sudden I put my foot into it, and the engine is almost to the point of bucking. It runs fine and strong before boost. So I think boost leak no biggie. Tighten all my lines, EVERYTHING, still not running right. It only does it when I hit full boost (stock boost level) and it's almost like it's misfiring. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx

that is always a good try

if your bov is stuck open you can see it, take off the dump tube, look inside it, and have someone wrap your engine up to about 6k at full throttle then let off that should be enough to get it to open even if the car isn't moving.

I've had my txs bov stick open before... I lubed it up with some grease and its worked fine since.

It was fairly noticable that it was the bov for me because I couldnt make any boost and I could hear the bov whistling/hissing while driving... My car didnt run very bad but thats because I'm running a blowthrough setup.

Ok, i'll try that. It ran fine last night all the way up until full boost. I tried just to get it past it, and threw a code so i'm gonna go get that cleared and see what it is otherwise I don't really have the time nor money to have the performance shop here diagnose it.

Took it to the home slizzle down at auto zone and reads cylinder 1 misfire, so i'm gonna change the plugs and see how that works out. Are the Bosch Platinum +2 any good?
