My eclipse has been burning oil lately and it is getting progressively worst. THe engine and turbo are both rebuilt. I think it may be a bad turbo seal because i pulled of the intake tubing and notice oil inside the tube. I checked the turbo shaft for play and it doesn't have any. Is this a bad turbo seal or could it be something else. If the seal is bad does this mean i should try to have it rebuilt or start shopping for another turbo. For now the turbo seems to be making the same boost and I haven't noticed any difference in the waqy the car drives.

There is a hose running from the valve cover to your intake pipe. This is probably where the oil is coming from. Are you noticing a loss in oil; consumption of some kind that has you looking for the leak? If the oil were coming from the turbo, I think you would have coolant there as well.
