Matt, if you're porting it because of boost creep which I suspect so, make sure you take the time to port the turbine inlet and the area behind the flapper. Those two areas are way more important than the o2 housing when it comes to boost creep. Good luck.

carbide steel porting bit, or something like that

generally lowe's or ace hardware shit does not have them, you may have to hit up an industrial supply shop. I got mine for 15$
