porting 02 and exhaust... gasket question ?

ok so i want to port my 02 and exhaust mani but dont know were to get the gaskets or how to go about it? any one no were i can find the gaskets or a how to on how to go about it?

Heres some gaskets. You will need to a buy a 7cm manifold to turbo gasket.

As for the porting here some information. If you dont have an industrial size air compressor plan on it taking a whole day or longer to do the porting. After I ported my manifold and o2 housing I probally spent a good 7-8 hours porting, and this was in an auto shop so I had constant air pressure.
