Portfueler Question

Ok I've done PLENTY of searching and i'm confident no one has hit ont he question I need answered...

And i've looked everywhere ...so please help....


My question is, I have a portfueler setup, and a fuel controller, and tach adapter. All these were necessary to make the whole setup work.

Now im looking into getting a msd DIS2 box to control my ignition.

My question is, do I run this DIS box in with the tach adapter i already have? The product info for the DIS box sais that it runs great with their tach adapter that they sell also, but i also have one from another company, so would i wire the DIS box to it or leave them seperate?

Six month bump on that. I picked one up that is sitting in my shop right now, after Locke suggested picking it up. It came with a 3bar map sensor and large MSD Tach adapter already wired up for the 420a. Just haven't read through any directions yet to see if I need to use one, the other or both.

wisemen chime in for me I promise I'll pour over the directions ASAP!
