Pop up headlight problem

my pop up headlights on my 91 talon wont go up or down. on the passenger side i am able to push and pull the headlight up or down but the driver side is stuck up and i cant pull or push that one down and when i push the passenger side headlight down and turn the lights on it still stuck down so i have to pull it up in order to see at night. i need some help please. thank you!

Do the motors work? Check the linkage for the lights, also.

well the motors on the passenger side spin but not on the driver side and i also cant manual move em up or down using the motors either.
