I want to get this thing hooked up to my 97GST, but I've heard that you have to have a 95 ECU EPROM. Can I just put a 95 ECU in my ride without any modifications?

All I have done is a 6bolt motor conversion on my car. Good ol' crankwalk gave me no choice...

Thanks Guys..

I don't know what data logging software you plan on using, but you won't need to get an eprom ecu to use it.
As long as you are using something obdii compatible it will be fine.
Unless you are talking about using dsmlink, which does require a 95 eprom. It also does more than just datalog.

Like was stated, DSMlink is the only one that requires the eprom ecu.

Pocketlogger simply plugs into the diagnostic port under the right side of the drivers side of the dash.
