please help me differ between a scuffed or bent rim: picture

hey, i was wondering if anyone could tell me if this rim is scuffed or bent. is it still perfectly useable with just some cosmetic blemish ? thanks

damn it haha it's the only angle the seller gave me, i guess it is pretty shady

The mar at the 8:00 position looks like a scuff but the one at the 10:00 position looks like its flattened pretty good. I wouldn't chance it without getting different angle pics.

Looks like typical curb rash to me. Dents are not usually accompanied by side scrapes. That doesn't mean there isn't a scrape in the same place as a dent though.
