Please help ASAP!!!! rough idle at start

My 2g tsi idles very rough at start. When i leave the car sit for more than an hour it idles very rough and sometimes when i take off its almost like its gasping for fuel and sometimes dies. Once the car is running and past that problem it runs great. Also when i try to take off when im having this problem i noticed the belts squeak real loud untill im at about 3000 rpm and driving but squeaks bad on take off. I looked at the belts and noticed a guard is real close to one belt and may be the reason for the squeling but it doesnt ever squeal when im driving otherwise. Im mainly concered about the rough idle at start if anybody can help i would really appreciate it.

Im new to dsm turbos so maybe it takes a really long time to warm up at idle but its almost like its putting at start and the rpms jump from around 1000 to lower.

What plugs do you have and what are they gapped at? Also you may want to adjust your BISS screw.

If you have your fuel pressure solenoid removed that could be a problem also you're egr valve could be messed up the list goes on but your best bet is to list your mods that'll help people narrow down what your problem could be and also try multiple searches, it almost always works for me.
