Is it possible to get these pits out of my polished lip?

I didn't think it was that bad untill I had them off and was cleaning them up before I put them away for the winter.

If so, what should I use?

They look like they were clear coated and the chips are in the clear. You probably won't be able to get rid of them. If you can feel the spots with your fingernails, that's the case. If not, and they're uncoated, Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish works well.

Yeah, I can feel them.

Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish is what I'm using to clean them up before I store them. Unfortunately it does nothing to get rid of the chipped clear.
