Pics of 1G Non-Turbo Injen Intake installed?

I am in need of some pics of the Injen Short Ram intake installed on a 1G non-turbo 2.0 motor. Just want to get a sense of how long the intake tube is because I am going to make a heat shield to go around the filter. I got a brand new one off ebay today for $80 shipped and looking forward to installing it. I google'd and couldn't find pics, this site isn't very non-turbo inclined Also, anyone know if the injen filter is better, same, worse than a K&N filter? I have a K&N hacked can setup at the moment and from what I have seen, the K&N pulls more air in. Should I keep the K&N or keep the Injen filter?

Pulling more air means less filtering potential. You can either have more air, and less filtering, or less air and more filtering. K&N is a good middle ground between the two.

Perfect, thanks! Gives me a better idea how far from the motor the filter is. Mine gets so hot, the oil from the K&N warms up and drips off the bottom of the filter. Marked as resolved!
