no i dont he wont allow me to take pics or anyone of that matter as his car has been broke into at least 9 times this year, and was stolen and striped clean before, so hes pretty uptight, they never get the amps and subs but they get the tvs and stereos and his gauges and such, i told him its time to give up. LOL

That picture was taken looking back between the front seats BEFORE i put a block, trans, transfer case, oil pan, and all misc. bolts in it.
I'll snap another pic later and update it. :p

Way to bring back an old thread haha

Uhm, who cares? The idea is to keep the thread alive. Its not one of those threads that should die cause its been answered, it wasn't a question. I wanted people to be able to show off their work. I say keep up the good work and lets see more. My new setup will be posted soon.

I meant nothing bad by it, just pointing it out. By all means continue the thread...I need ideas for my spyder

Here is a pic below of my old 2G's trunk. Two 10" woofers with a custom fiberglass box. It was easily detachable for track nights, especially since it weighed over 60lbs.

Why are you running speaker wire through your ports???WTF

Because those black plastic terminals can/do leak. Another way to avoid it is just some bolts... one for positive, one for negative, going through the box. It's sometimes easier to just run the wires through a port then cutting a hole to mount one of those crappy quick connects.

I know this is a pretty dead thread, but I NEED to know where I could get this!? I don't have the space to make one myself, so any thoughts? I'd like to hear from the owner ^^ but he hasn't been on since last year..

Is this for systems or just what in your trunk?Cause I got alot of crap in mine..

That last system would be easy to make..A dremel some cardboard and some wood..

Yeah I'm rebuilding my system, and since I'm doing that I might as well make it flush and make it more difficult for someone to steal ;).

If you have a buddy witha garage..Systems are easy to make..Just like I said use cardboard to get the shape you want..Transfer that to some wood, use a dremel or saw to cut out the shape..Put it together and seal it, and there ya go..Boxes are easy to make..

I'll get a photo all all the crap that's in my trunk tomarrow..

I recently make a ported box with this weird L shape for the port..Never seen that before..Must be a new thing..

Probably just a slot port that had to be made longer to get a lower tuning, so you had to turn the port towards the back and make an L. Did you just put one together, or did you design one that you know the size and tuning of?
