How can I get my saved log files off of my palm, and onto my computer so I can open them in the player, (besides using the F3 button to transfer them to the player, which isnt' working).

Push the button on your hotsink cable thats on the plug going into the Palm. To view it go to C:/Palm/*your username/backup or something like that, it's different on each Palm I'm sure. You have to have some program to view it, like Pocketlogger has their own program on their website.

neither of the log files i've saved are in the backup folders. And yeah I know I have to have a program to view it, but like I said in my post, the transfer mode from my logger to that program won't work.
