Downloading Palm'n'stein logs in text format

Heya...

I just got Palm'n'stein running on my untuned and (relatively. I've got an exhaust & gauges...) unmodded car. The plan is to make some baseline runs before I start tweaking.

My question: Is there any way to get the logs off of the palm in text format and not the db1?

I also need help with hot synicing or whatever. I cant not get my logged runs to transfer to the computer. I just bought the logger and have only ran it twice since my car is not running right and not road legal yet but i still need to transfer to the PC so that i can get help on tunning. Thanks for the help
