Parts 4 Tbelt and tensioner removal?????

is there a kit that has all the belts and parts needed for balance shaft tensioner removal and timing belt replacement? I know that I have seen a timing belt replacement kit, and also a tensioner removal kit, but do I have to buy both kits or just one that has it all?
