Parting out a car, what should I save?

So I'm no stranger to parting out cars, in fact it's become sort of a hobby of mine, but I am a stranger to parting out DSM's. I've currently got my 96 Talon TSI AWD stripped down to the point where the entire interior - including the dash, carpet, plastic panels, seats, trunk plastics, steering wheel, ECU, radio, and more - have been removed.

I've removed the engine and transmission, and plan on pulling the subframes, exhaust, gas tank, driveshaft and exhaust hangers (I'm planning on AWD swapping my new GST shell in the distant future, and these parts seem like the most annoying to remove from a shell, so why not do it now), and the doors.

I've removed the complete 2GB eclipse kit that was put on the car, and I plan on pulling the sunroof, clutch pedal assembly (including master cylinder and whatnot), and the rims and tires.

Is there anything else that anyone would recommend me tearing off of this thing? my fenders are shot and my wiring harness is toast (thanks to the previous owner), so I'm looking for a few last things to squeeze some cash out of. I'm hoping to be able to make enough from parting this thing out (and working) to fund a nice engine build and some restorative maintenance on the shell.

If it can be unbolted, or unclipped, remove it. Some parts are hard to come by and you never know when you will need a small fitting or sensor.

Keep the windows. Bolt out the door windows and take the time to cut out nicely the little triangular ones. If someone breaks into your car you can't get these at the dealership anymore (at least in Canada you can't).

Thanks for the advice guys. I kept all the sensors and a pigtail for each, and I kept the complete doors. I'll see if i can get those quarter windows out.
