Part Number Request: Brake Lines for 2g AWD

I searched and also searched through CAPS for a while and I couldn't seem to find the parts I am looking for. I need the part numbers for both rear brake lines for a 2ga AWD with ABS. These are the lines that go from the prop valve to each of the rear wheel wells. Thank You for any help.

I know for sure 1 of the lines cannot be purchased to do the ABS removal. So it'll have to be made.
