Toronto,
Hey I just can't seem to find the part numbers anywhere for these and my power steering pump just won't stop leaking on my 92 tsi

I need to replace the o-rings i believe there are 3 of them? does anyone know the mitsu part numbers for them?

I put window weld around my pump and it stopped leaking ( as a temporary fix ) and then I hit up a junkyard and got another one. Normally when they start leaking they dont stop, even if you torque the bolt down real hard and replace the o ring it still may leak as it did to me.

I don't have a mitsu part number, but this may help.

I use o-rings out of a generic R134A A/C o-ring kit. There are several of the correct size in the kit and I remember it to be ~$10 or less. The GREEN ones.

(take your old ones in to make sure you get what you need. Checker/Autozone should have them.)

Otherwise, you can just go to a harbor freight store, and purchase an O-ring assortment for like $10.00.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=2901 (rubber)

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=93143 (nitrile)

or go through:

http://www.mcmaster.com/ -- type in "O ring" in the search box on the left, then click on the image of an O-ring, then click on "Viton" for material type, then "cross section shape -- round", then "system of measurement -- metric", then measure your current O-rings and match them up.

Personally, it is much easier to do it through an assortment pack from Harbor Freight. That is what I used to replace the O-rings on my PS pump.
