Alright, a bit of info, last year or so I went to a friend's house and parked, and heard a snap. Car didn't move or anything. When I left, I found the driver side rear rotor was seized. I limped it home and replaced the calipers with rebuilt ones, new rotors, and pads.
However I notice now that I pull my parking brake brake up, it goes ridiculously high. I adjusted it and it still seems high. When I pull the parking brake, it still goes high, and on steep angles the car settles back, and seems to lean to the left. Occasionally I'll hear a twang through the whole car and the parking brake stops where it should and the brakes hold solidly.
I'm at a loss about this. It's been bugging me for over 6 months or so, and I'd really like to know what I should do about it. They were rebuilt by Mitsubishi, so I'm not sure if it's the calipers not adjusted properly, the cables being weird, or what.
