General Palmnstein Airflow Question

Anyone out there using Palmnstein:

What are the units it reads for airflow???
It just spits out a number and I want to transfer this to g/rev so I can figure out what timing chart I am on.

i dont believe its in Hz at idle it reads around .8 and when you tap the throttle it goes to around 2-3, I have no idea what these units are
