if your going to wichita theres a place called modifyed performace, the owner has a civic drag car thats running about 1000hp on alcohol, so im pretty sure he knows his stuff. also my buddy down there is opening up his own shop called Fusionworks Racing. its not open yet, but he is a big import guy and has 2 2g projects going on right now. actually, since there are several dsm guys on our board, hit up http://www.haiokuracing.com . its a strictly import/sport compact club in the wichita area, although there are members from all over kansas on there. lots of good stuff to be learned on there. the guy im talking about who is opening up his shop's name is Ray or Moboost2jz on the boards.

Modified did the JDM swap in my laser it was there first DSM to work on and you could tell. They opened the blow off to the at. and it took them longer than I had liked and the car still doesn't run like I want it. (runs well until I use the HKS boost controller they installed)

Well, I guess the planets all aligned or something, because I ended up getting like 2 days later. I sold almost all that stuff. In fact, I just have a gauge pod left. I just shipped out the silencer for my old Apexi N1 exhaust today. So what's up? Want a rematch.

The car is running great! And it wouldn't be if I got a big stick. Justin's ls1 ran like crap the last time I saw it and his gauge cluster was lit up like a christmas tree. Nah, it looks like forced induction for me. I hate N/A anyway. I think I might get a turbo kit, but the company hasn't released the one I want yet. I'm also looking at getting some peeeimp ZO6 rims.

The galant shit the bed and I believe i lost the bottem end. I'll update this as i take stuff off, which will be pretty slowely.

14b turbo - $60. NO Shaft Play. Broken bolt in it, can be removed.

1g Exhaust Mani- $25. Pretty good shape, maybe one small crack on the bottom but nothing major. nice back up.

Tubular 02 Housing with recirculated dump(includes 02sensor) $60

god i haven't been in here in a long time.

got a new car...'98 gsx. drove for a week, then the t-case started smoking. i did the vfaq leak fix, and drove it for a week.

my intercooler got ghetto mounted, and dropped on the highway, putting tons of holes in it. ordered another, but i only have my gixxer to get me around all week until i/c comes in. this sucks.

on another note...

anyone want a stock manifold and turbo, or 3" gm maf?

i had a friend who was helping me with the car, and the brackets were bent for the mounts. i was going to go mount it better, but didn't. i got lazy.

Yeah so i've decided to sell my most prized posession...my car. A Barcelona red pearl 1998 Mitsu. Eclipse.

So heres the run down, the car is in Arkansas with a broke clutch fork, that will soon be getting a new act 2600 and resurfaced act 11 lb flywheel with billet fork. It has no ac (I still have all components though ..very easy install) no power steering (all it needs is a belt...again cake) and no emissions (have all components) and as most already know...no drivers side door handle. Its tan/ black interior with tan leather, 124k on the car, 38k on motor, transfer case and 30k on the transmission. My best time has been 12.003@114 with a 1.69 60'. Car has new tires, brake pads, and about to have what is listed above. The car is tuned for pump gas with 11.4 a/f ratio ...it has been ran at 25 lbs of boost and can take every bit (race gas).
