anyone get busted at 12th & Front. I don't go down there but have heard alot of stories about saturday night. $125 for watching and locked up for racing. they say there were cops on the roof with cameras.
 
whats up tyler. turned the psi up to 18. much, much better. still need to tune though. hows the 16g runnin! ready for walmart again this weekend. i'll have my brother in law in town so we'll be up there fri & sat.

They counted 18 cops.
Blocked every exit.
Ticketed about 63 ppl. for "spectating"
and yes the cameras were for when if they see you again they say there going to bust you and hail you off to jail. No expections.
 
Well driving down the road in my 1991 Galant VR4 sunday night, my waterpump/alternator belt starts screetching VIOLENTLY. One second later, CLANK CLANK CLANK, the the ####ing belt snapped, car overheats within 2 seconds of that happening. Meanwhile im in traffic with no shoulder to pull over on, now have no water pump, an overheating #### of a car, no alternator, so im tryin to keep the motor running cuase i dont how long the battery will power the motor on its juice, dont want to be stranded in the middle of the road, i make the first possible left at about 15 mph and try and get the #### off the road with by dying car. THe ass end decides to slide out and i do a 180 as i make the left, right up onto a curb and field (thank god it was one of those Johnson County rolly curbs, or i would of ####ed somthing else up. Cars dead sittin in a field at this point, so i go to look at what the hell the car slipped out on. Looks like right as i was making the turn , my car dumped all its coolant out on the road right as my back wheels drove over it, VWAH LAH, drifting in the AWD galant is possible, LOL. So i let the car cool down, and try to start it, it starts thankfully, i limp it to my friends house a few blocks away and slam the ####ing door as i get out of it, all pissed off. So......

Me and the mad scientist (my friend, LOL) are gonna rip apart the motor and see if the heads warped and the go from there rebuilding the bi*** to withstand lots of boost

So my mod list when it returns will look somthing like this:

2.5 inch press bent o2 housing

NGK BLUES (spark plug wires)

Hopefully good for around 300 AWHP with the right tuning, but the stock intercooler is gonna kill me till i get that swapped.

Yeah I'm up for walmart again. I'm picking up my supra side mount on Saturday. You down for that install :barf: ? The 16g is running great. I lose all my timing at the top of third after the intercooler heat soaks, it also doesn't like anything more than 14psi with my drinking straw fuel lines but that'll get changed with the new fuel mods :thumb: .

We need to get your car tuned...really badly.

Oh and I've got a big suprise for you. I'm sure you'll find out soon enough though...
 
supra side mount. it's about time. i'll be there pretty much all weekend. billy is coming in town from arizona so you'll have to meet him. he'll be with me fri & sat at walmart. what time saturday do you want to install it. just let me know. bring that logger if you can along with the connector. mine is on the way and might be here this week but i doubt it. fpr adapter is also on the way.
 
welp finaly got my 2g running. swap went excellent. 2 hours fit and finish, and we were jacking around too. i'll be out and about this weekend. might have to get brian shit canned one night this weekend since it's his b-day and he's dsm'less :thumbdown . picked up another imaculant 14b for my galant so i get around to it on friday...might have to throw that bi*** on! i'm worried, cuz i don't know what will break next on that thing!
 
I'll get the logger and cable from Brandon. He just bought a six bolt :thumb: from andrew kletke. He's planning on having it built to support big hp.

Didn't craig and billy go to highschool together? I think they were friends a few years back. I'll let him know.

I work on Saturday untill 2 and then I have to go by my mkIV buddy's to pick up the ic. I'll probably be by around 2-3 if thats cool.


Still have a 14b and a 13g for sale!
 
I doubt it because it has already changed subjects 30 times and still going strong...so uh...what kind of fast food do you like? :D

Well I was planning on going up Friday and Sat. to walmart but now who the hell knows. Gotta take it up to mitsubishi to have them get a diognostic reading becasue I have no access to a logger and even if I did I wouldnt have the tools to fix it because it was messing up alot after waiting for 15mins for the damn manager from valvolne to tell me there still reviewing applications A.K.A blowing me off like they like to do.
So I hop in my car after waiting and drive over to check out this MR2 because there one of my favorite cars and while driving overthere i got the Music playing and going along in 2nd when all of a sudden i cant turn my car. WTF then i look down to see that oh my car turnd off WTF and the check engine light is on. Turned it back on start going and what do you know it does it again. Start it the 2nd Time and floor it just to barely get up the RPMs but luckily manage to keep them up this time. To about 2k flooring it ( if you where in the parking lot you wouldnt have even known I was floring it. Then I manage to get it out to niemen and the check engine light went off. Then i just putterd and stumbeld all the way home but luckily and strangely when I got up to 3k rpms it would rum fine untill I went below it or around 25000-2000. That along with my mysterious ocational boost leak and the Studdering that happend to me yesterday, Along without having a job because know one will even give me a chance. Id say the past couple have days been Great. Oh wait to add to it I have Finals coming up YES.

check your mas to make sure it's plugged in all the way. also check you ics & tps to make sure there plugged in. my mas came unplugged once and i had the same problem. ran shitty in lower rpm's but did fine past 3000k.
 
they ran a diogasic run on it and turned up with an error code 44 which is Ignition Coil/ Ignition power transistor unit wich would explain the ocational missfireing that has occured in the last couple of days. So it will basicly sit up there until monday because the got " behind " and there suppose to run some more tests to pinpoint the problem. So this basicly F's up my whole weekend and wont be able to make it out this weekend, something I was looking forward to because I wont be in town next. I guess Ill get some good practice drawing cars with these markers Im gonna go pic up. Hopefully Ill get pretty good with them.

What really kicks me in the ass is that I could have had my car finished by now if I wasnt so blindly stupid. Mainly because I Have a multi meter that I could have used to measure the voltage from the diognosic port to get the error code # so then It could have been worked on so while I was at school. well live and learn, just cant wait next year till Im in Auto tec for 3hrs of the day at mill creek.

heh..millcreek was a blast. i was there my senior year. mr polley is kinda a dick, but the other teacher whos name is slipping my mind at the moment is cool as hell.
 
Ya at 1st I was planning on taking automotive collision but then i smartly decided to go into the auto tec so i could hopefully work on my car a little bit and learn more about how to fix my car. That and a friend of mine is taking it and I definitely wanna help him out when he gets his STI in december hopefully and maybee his civic hatch he planning on building up.

Also like the fact that I dont have to go to school for 4th hr because I have enough credits.

Next year (Senior year) will be great because along with that I get to head up a concept car project in CAD for this chrysler contest. Should be awsome and hopefully I get some recognition for the design and get noticed maybee by the Art center of design, the Premir transportation design school in America, but for now I can only dream.
