Over boosting from a 14b

Vacuum is around 6, and wastegate pressure in a 14b I believe is 12psi? So it should be boosting 12 psi

If what you're saying is correct then you definitely need to check your cam timing. I looked in your mod list and I didn't see that you have after market cams. Your stock cams should pull at least 17-20 inches of vacuum at idle and if you're seeing only 6 then you might have your exhaust cam retarded a tooth or intake advanced a tooth. Double check your cam timing really carefully.
