Hey everyone, i recently just bought my first DSM, 2g gsx, and i'm lovin' it. i was previously a very loyal integra/RSX-S fan, infact had a type S and am a member of clubrsx. i've also been to a number of meets with people from that site. i just wanted to know some of the dsm tuners of the portland/oregon/washington area. i'm not sure if any of you do winter meets but if anyone is down it might be kinda cool to have a pre pre season mini meet. if nothin' else i'd like to see your rides and get some more advise on mine. let me know if anyone is up for it.

I was around the area over christmas. It was cool seeing Oregon having a good amount of dsm's (1g's being the majority too). I'm sure you'll see a few locals reply over the next few days or so.

got family out here i assume... yeah i've noticed a lot of 1g cars but not a lot that have seemed tuned to any extent. like i said i had a really good time hangin' with the rsx crowd before and would like to see what the dsm crowd is like. dead of winter probably doesn't help much though.

Well to be honest a lot of the 1g NW dsmers that are tuned 12sec passes are on www.posdsm.com that site plays by their own rules, so don't expect any kindness, just be prepared to take what the give, and give it back.

I'm actually trying to start up a dsm club to go with my friends jdm car club,

Its gonna be a joint effort, his club is called JDM//Obessesions which is actually going to be a small amount of people, which I'm also going to be apart of.

I'm gonna start a joint club called "yeah you guessed it" DSM//Obessions which is going to have only quality people in the club, good attitudes, loves to build their cars, mostly motor work than show, but mostly clean looking cars, body kits welcome, but the cars just have to have a sexy look to them (that includes stock kits as well).

If you or anyone in the NW is intersested just become my friend on myspace if you've got it www.myspace.com/420aturbo I'll get back to you when it comes closer to assembling the club.

that sounds really cool... so are you guys located around here? i've never heard of JDM//Obsessions, some of my friends are the founders of import extremes, which has gone underground for a while but announcing a big return at HIN this year. one of them wants me to look into joining, but honestly the kind of money these guys are able to throw into their cars i don't know if i can keep up. i don't have myspace but i'd definately be interested. and i'm definately not a stock punk

I just moved to Tigard from Salem, I haven't been around here much since I run a NW Ford Probe club, although I've met some people from here, we should get a BBQ or something like that together once the weather allowes it.
