Opinions on turbo

I just bought a GS-T and I'm pretty new to the whole DSM thing, but I wanted to get a general idea as to what turbo's are good. I don't want anything crazy. Just something that spools fast and can be used with stock internals. I don't feel like doing a motor. Did way too much of that shit when I had all my honda's. General opinion is greatly appreciated guys. Thanks.

One of the flavors of a T-28 seems to be a very sane choice- more at the top without taking it all out of the bottom, and a direct bolt-in.
