Can anyone help i have a 95 eclipse gst and i dont know where this goes .if anyone has a pic it would really help.

its not for that heres a diagram i found.the 1g has the set up you said.

I'm pretty sure that bolt is for a grounding strap that goes between your intake manifold and the bolt above the gray connector in your picture (top right).

its not a bolt it a broken vacuum nipple

Sorry man, I went out and took a look at mine and there isn't anything connected to mine. Theres no nipple that sticks out though, just like a small divot there.

Are you sure there's a hole there, or just speculating without actually looking?

Here's the back of a 2g manifold and there's not actually a hole there.
