One run normal, nex run CRAP!

k well im still trying to tune my car but i cant get my fuel trims to read on my TMO. but im gonna hook it up on a buddies car tommorow, anyways, i took my car for a rip, and was attempting to tune. i would go for one quick boot and it would kinda run okay, CHANGE NOTHING... go from a stop and take it for another boot, and it would run like crap. i dont get it, nothing was changed, and it will do this over and over again, it decides on its own when it want to run good. any help?

If your on the stock sidemount, you may be heatsoaking it.
