OK well we just had a storm and i had my books on the floor of my car. Well when i picked up my books there soaked and i felt the carpet and the whole inside of my car is soaked.... well only the whole carpet. evrything else is dry. There is no leak from the sun roof, no leak from hatch, no leak anywere... im guessing i have a hole under the car? if so can i use body sealer to cover it?

well seeing as how rain runs downward i would venture to say you are getting water from somewhere besides the bottom of your car. i would guess firewall or it could be running down the pilars of the car and running behind pannels. the best way to find these leaks besides using dye is to have a friend hose your car with a garden hose and you sit inside and look for where the water is comming in. its easier if the car is dry and you have paper towels all over the carpet so you can see which one gets wet first.

ive tried the garden hose and car remains dry its comming up from the bottom im 90% sure

Also it might be coming from the wing area maybe ? Remember there are holes underneath where the wing holds on to the car with bolts, maybe the seal went and is allowing water to leak through ? It happened to me with my first car, a 91 tsi awd, got me ticked off.
Check it out.
