Ok so I finally installed my Transmission Temperature sender, placed it in the return line ( after it has run trough the cooler )

so far I have been easy on the pedal (30 mins trips low traffic) and normally getting numbers around 150 max I've seen are like 170 ( at idle on my last stop)

so what are normal operating temps for auto 2gs.

couldn't find to much info on this forums since most have M/T searched google and found some graphs with Temp/Life of tranny info but those didn't indicate either where the probe was place, obviously will get higher readings on the feed line.

how many degrees the avg cooler drops the fluid temp.

oh and btw my cooler is external (not sure brand) and doesn't run trough the radiator.

Thank You.
