ok before we start i adjusted my clutch checked for fluid and checked for leaks in the master and slave. the only thing i didnt do was bleed lines and i hevent done it becaus my clutch is hard not spongy. ok now, was drivin on the highway i was workin my car pretty hard trying to keep up with a rx7 ;) . i get off the highway my clutch is hard as a rock and engages right off the floor it has a grind going into first and its sticky 2, it also makes this noise that sounds like a loud exhaust rattle anywhere after 4 grand. i take my car home adjust the clutch no more grinds so i think everything is ok. i go to drive it a couple days later my clutch pedal gets stuck all the way to the floor. it always comes out but it does get stuck especially in first no grinds just gets stuck. now i dont want to say it and i hope its not but could i have cw. when i drove it the first time after cluthc adjustment it was fine no bad signs i put only like 25 miles on it got to take it out a couple days later and all my problems start. any help guys im not a rookie either but this has me stumped

I know with stronger clutches such as the ACT 2600, the pedal linkage under the dash begins to wear out. I don't know if this is true with a stock clutch setup, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did wear down with one, just slower. It might be worth you while to check your linkage out to see if it is worn down. Continuing wear might explain why you've had to adjust the clutch so many times.
