Im going to organize a meet but I want some input on some ideas, I have talked to Ron and he came up with a bbq. I think that is a very god idea but im looking for other options id rather not sit in a parking lot for hours just talking. We are also looking for places to host them so if you know of somewhere we can go that would be very helpful. Any idea is better then nothing so i cant wait to see what you guys have in mind.
 
How about Flying Point Park in Edgewood?

Thats a real central location if other people in md come out, but in most cases alot of them dont show up and its usually the locals in hazard county that are there. But i like the idea and if more people in md come then i think that may end up being a spot.

If we only get people that are going to show up in harford then thats a good spot i was also thinking susquehanna state park there is tons of room there.
 
What about a nice cruise...backroads, moutain areas, etc etc?? maybe someone could try and plan a route for us?.

OMG IM ALIVE...LOL Its been awhile, and yeah Im a jersey boy but MD isnt to bad of a hike...plus the talon needs to stretch her legs...and break in a new trans ;)

OK, lets pick a place and a date and a time and lets get this wheel rolling. I'm new to the DSM community but I'm very much into social gatherings and BBQ's. I suggest that when picking a date you avoid any race dates. I know I will be racing my car Aug 26th at MIR and I'm sure others will be there also. If you need help organizing let me know and I am willing to help. I'm only in Aberdeen and work in Bel Air so if necessry we can get togather and make some arrangements and make this a success.

ok guys now that i see some interest i am going to set up a good drive to a picnic spot forus to relax as soon as i can figure out the meet up spot and the bbq spot i will post a date and we can get the ball rolling or as i like to say get the turbo spooling yea i know cheesy but i like so expect to hear from me in a few days

So i found a place that is very central but it is $5.00 to get in ive been told its very nice down there. anyone in anne arrundel county want to help me out looking for free parks with grills and and plenty of parking please let me know but if you guys are willing to drive up here there is a place in harford county that is very nice and its free

Hi, I am new to dsmtuners and dsm's in general. I live right outside annapolis in severna park md. I am very interested in a dsm meet around this area. I think that black 95 tsi had a good idea. Fort small wood road is a perfect place for a dsm meet. Lots of good back roads around the area and RT 2 is right there. (RT 2 is notorious for street racing at night)

EDIT

Forgot to add that there is drag strip right by here too that people might want to check out during the day.
 
Ok guys i have found the 2 parks:

If only harford county guys go, rock state park is where it will be and its free.

If we get alot of people to come out then Fort Smallwood Park is what i found but it is $5.00 to get in the park.


If you guys have any suggestions please let me know

which location would you guys prefer to have it at?
 
I am working on APG so any thing near Harford county would be great but hopefully it will be soon because my job up here is almost over and I will going back to Virginia Beach and I would have never got the chance to hang with you MD guys.
 
What's going on with this meet?

It's going to be snowing soon then I can't bring the FWD monster
