has anyone ever had the oil pump pulley bolt come off on them? i changed out that seal as well as all seals on the plate and i put it all back together and started it, ran for about 15 min and i heard a klink.. turned it off and on the right of the cams the timing belt has major slack that wasnt there, i thought weird, took it all apart and the bolt literally fell off once i got the timing cover off, i thought i didnt tighten it last time, so i put tred lock on it, let it stay over night, put it together the next day, start it, went for a drive, about 10 miles, came home and same thing the belt had major slack on the right of the cam gears, so it didnt harm my head or valves, but its messed up, any one know why this is happening? or how i can make it stay on there? and i drove it really slow, breaking in the main and rod bearings, i am guessing if i stepped on it it would skip and good fight me, dont really want to be taking off the head
