Oil Pump problem?!?!?

I recently had a 4g63 head worked....after re-installing it I timed the car in only to hear the most obnoxious noise from the top end.....I checked oil pressure and saw that i wasnt reading any at idle and only 20 at 3k rpm...... besides the oil pump dpes anyone have any ideas...?

ya is there oil in your coolant lines or is the coolant in your oil pan

No not at all.....At first i thought i was gettin piston slap...maybe from a loose main bearing but i threw that out when i took apart the bottom end and eveythign was fine...the idiot gauge in my car was reading nothing so i hooked up my snap on gauge and fouind low pressure...thsi wwould mean that no oil is gettin to the head and high rpm's...no oil no lub....could it be the rocker arms not gettin oiled?
