oil pressure question

can anyone with a oil pressure gauge tell me what their oil pressure is in park and in gear? for a first gen eclipse motor. idk if auto to manual makes a difference. or if anyone builds motors can tell me what it is suppose to be. thanks

The oil pressure should be the same both in gear and in park as long as the engine is at idle. It should be around 15psi. Anything over 10 psi is considered ok by Mitsubishi. The pressure should climb 10psi for every 1000rpms according to factory specs.
