It's about time to change the oil on my car again, and I have a couple of questions.

First one: my oil pressure acts up when the car is cold. It will jump 20psi or so while the rpms stay constant. I just noticed it one day, and it has never caused any problems. It doesn't do it at all when it's warmed up either. Anyone ever heard of this happening? I have a video that kinda shows it, but it's uploading to youtube now.

Second one: What oil would you guys suggest for my car with 145k miles and weather thats getting warmer? Oil filter? Right now I have a mobile 1 filter, and mobile 1 synthetic 10w-30.

Heres the vid
