I was under the impression that 6 and 7 bolt oil pans were different and would potentially need diff gaskets...
Anyone have tips or heads ups for a first timer doing this gasket??? what will i need to do to get it off in the most time efficient way?

I used a cork gasket with a thin layer of rtv on both sides on my 7-bolt . Seems to work pretty good. In order to get the old gasket off just use a gasket scraper.
