So i needed a car for getting around. Kid at work had a 97 gst for sale cheap and now i know why. Anyway, I need to replace all the oil lines on the car as its leaking EVERYWHERE! I restore hot rods and have a large variety of AN fittings and lines, just need a heads up on what exact sizes go where. Also need to know how many lines and where there are on this car. thanks!:D

Not really sue on your qustion. If you can see that they are leaking everywhere then you should be able to see what size they are and where they go. There are not very many oil lines.

Yup. Only oil lines I can think of are the ones for the turbo and transmission so there really aren't that many lines actually...

1. turbo feed line.
2.Turbo return line.
3.transmission lines.

Any other oil lines I might be missing?? other than the lines for the Power steering/brake fluid??

Since you didn't exactly specify as to which lines are leaking I would assume its just engine oil correct?? cus that would cancel out the transmission lines and power steeering/ brake fluid lines.

The only lines carrying actual engine oil outside the engine is the turbo oil supply and drain. Generally the size for the supply is -4AN and the drain will be either -10AN or -12AN....but you'll have a tough time building flanges to fit the turbo and oil pan for the drain. You may want to just buy a kit or a new 2G oil return- they're less than $20 brand new from sites like JNZ Tuning.

The only other possible lines would be power steering or automatic trans fluid lines if it has an auto. These lines are normally 3/8" (6/16" / -6AN).
